Oklahoma man charged with DUI after girlfriend falls out of car

A 32-year-old man in Stillwater received various charges after allegedly driving drunk and allowing his girlfriend to hang out of his car window on June 9. An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper was called to the scene at 6:40 p.m. because the man's 24-year-old girlfriend had fallen out of the window of his pickup while it was in motion. The incident occurred while the couple was traveling along SH 33 near Hackleman Road and is reportedly the man's second drunk driving offense.

Oklahoma woman charged with DUI in postal truck crash

A 47-year-old female postal carrier reportedly drove her postal truck into a ditch during the afternoon hours of July 12 at the 1300 block of David Drive in Harrah. When police reached the driver, it was reported that she seemed dazed, was slurring her speech and had trouble walking. That prompted police to ask the driver to take a field sobriety test.

Oklahoma man detained on DUI

According to the sheriff of Oklahoma County, a 53-year-old man was detained on charges of DUI and firearm discharge on July 3. Deputies claim that upon administering a Breathalyzer test, they discovered that the motorist's blood-alcohol level was at least two times the legal limit of .08 percent. The man was later booked at the Oklahoma County Jail.
